When you submit an enquiry form, chat with our AI advisor, or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, plot preferences (size, sector, budget) and any message you send. We also collect standard analytics data such as pages visited and device type.
How We Use Your Data
Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry, share verified plot inventory, arrange site visits, and send the resources you request (such as the Investor Guide). We may send occasional market updates relevant to your stated interest.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your data. Your information is shared only with OM Infra advisors handling your enquiry and, where required for a transaction, with legal/documentation partners directly involved in your plot transfer — with your knowledge.

Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

Data Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months to serve your purchase journey, after which it is deleted unless a transaction is in progress or law requires retention.
